Please joint me at SKD’s interior design studio on the Balboa Peninsula for an evening of beautiful photographs and great people.
All prints will be available for purchase, and custom orders gladly welcome. There’s no pressure to buy, SKD Studios and myself hope you come for a great evening.

About me and my photography:
Benjamin Ginsberg was raised between the southern Connecticut shoreline and the mountains of Vermont, where he learned to love the best of both worlds. Though he spent time in the New England region as a photographer, urban planner, and freestyle ski coach, it wasn’t until 2005 that he found himself on the warm shores of Australia, where he turned his lens on the ocean and surf photography, learning to catch some waves of his own, and founded Driftwood Photography Studios.
Since 2007 Ben has lived in Orange County, California, calling the Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, and Huntington Beach areas his home. He continues to shoot some of California’s most iconic breaks such as Lowers, the Wedge, and Maverick’s.
His images have been published in local, internationally based, and internationally distributed magazines; numerous web campaigns; billboards; advertising mailers; and TV commercials.
In 2013 Benjamin was honored as a finalist in the Red Bull Illume action and adventure sports photography competition, and his finalist image is currently touring the world as part of the Red Bull Illume Exhibition.
In 2014 he was once again honored as a finalist in the Smithsonian Photo Contest, as well as profiled by National Geographic Adventure.
